About Us
WAHEEDA ESSOP
DIRECTOR & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Qualified in 1998 at the University of Pretoria, Waheeda is experienced in vocational assessments and has performed hundreds of these over the years for the RAF, private companies and various insurance companies
She has excellent leadership and managerial qualities. Her good people skills and extroverted nature has resulted in an extensive social network
Waheeda is efficient and thorough and very focused on her end vision.

Worker Assessment
FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATIONS
Comprehensive worker assessment using standardised tools to objectively measure workers’ ability (physically, cognitively and emotionally) to perform work related tasks
OBJECT OF ASSESSMENTS
- Claim for ill-health / disability / insured benefits
- Assess the ability to safely return to work
- Recommend alternate work or adaptions to current work
- Treatment recommendations, inclusive of OT, physiotherapy or counselling
- Re-assess progress of intervention or vocational rehabilitation
